Sanctuary Wedding $1100 (seats 300-350)

Fees include:

Wedding Liaison to help you plan your wedding at Northwood

Facilities Manager day of wedding allowing for access to the building up to 7 hours (additional hours are billed at $40 per hour)

Use of Library and contiguous Bridal Dressing Room

Cleaning

Additional Optional Services

Wedding Officiant: $250 - includes consult, rehearsal and wedding (you may request premarital counseling for an additional fee)

Pianist: $200 - included attendance at wedding rehearsal (no music) and performance the day of wedding

Sound Technician (Sanctuary only): $150 - includes sound for officiant, speakers and musicians (recommended for sanctuary weddings)

Use of Candle Holders for Pews: $200 (12 total)

Use of Candelabras: $50
